I have acess to the regestry editor, but I do not have administrative privaleges. All I want to be able to do is to connect to some sites, but they say I am behind a firewall and ca not. Please help. I need some really good answers on this one.

make an ssh tunnel to a home computer that you set up as a server, and basically you tell your home computer to get whatever you want from the internet.
You could also try out HTTP-Tunnel, they have servers already set up for you.
When you do this, make sure you get Ghostzilla, its a browser that will make itself invisible when you move off its viewing screen, and it will start up in the viewing area of any application (ex. where the text is shown in MS word).

Can you recommend some good firewall software for Windows (free if possible) which doesn’t consume a lot of ram and resources?
If you can name at least 4 of them, it’s better.

zonealarm is the best free one. comodo isn’t bad either. both can be found at download.com

Should I use the ‘Disk Defragmenter’ that comes with Windows to defrag my computer, or use the defragmenter that comes with my antivirus software. Which is better? Thanks for the help!

its better to defragment which is coming as default in windows.

I want it all firewall, antivirus, antispyware together in one program preferably free?
